Steel DUO is one of the few dual-thermoblock machines we take seriously. PID on both the brew and steam circuits, a saturated group, programmable volumetrics, and a 10-minute warm-up make this a genuine alternative to dual-boilers. Note: it requires a 20A dedicated circuit, which is a real consideration for older homes.
