Taking the Classika PID platform and adding flow control lets you do pressure profiling on a single-boiler machine - a trick that used to require buying up into a $3,000+ dual-boiler. Is it a substitute for dual-boiler convenience? No. Does it give you 80% of the brewing flexibility at half the price? Pretty much.
