RIDE is Profitec's answer to the saturated-group movement. Unlike an E61, the saturated group keeps a continuous flow of water through the head, meaning it's ready to pull a shot almost immediately after reaching temperature. In testing, temperature stability across five back-to-back doubles was excellent. The modular silicone-attachment portafilter is a nice touch, and the programmable pre-infusion profiles give more control than the Drive without a flow valve.
