The Pop Up is Quick Mill's compact single-boiler, and it packs more than you'd expect for the price - PID, ring group, shot timer, and a manual profiling valve you can use to shape pressure mid-shot. The wooden steam knob is a small joy. The SBDU format means brew-then-steam, but for single-drink mornings this is charming, capable, and not too expensive.
