The Z10 is the only super-automatic where the cold-coffee mode isn't a gimmick. Jura built a cold-extraction routine that pulses cold water through fresh grounds with enough turbulence to actually pull flavor — not just chill an espresso shot. The result is a legitimate iced Americano or cold flat white from a single push of a button, no overnight steeping. Hot side, you get 32 specialty drinks, the Product Recognising Grinder that adjusts grind size automatically per recipe, and the same 4.3" touchscreen as the S8. It's $5,000, which is wild. But there is genuinely nothing else on the market that does what this does.

What we liked and didn't

Pros

  • Cold-brew routine is the real thing, not a chilled espresso
  • 32 specialty drinks covering both hot and cold
  • Product Recognising Grinder dials grind to the recipe
  • Best touchscreen in any super-automatic

Cons

  • $5,000 is a serious commitment
  • Most households don't need 32 drinks
